CASA HOGAR besteht erst seit Ende 2015 – und kann schon jetzt auf eine Reihe erfolgreich durchgeführter Projekte zurückblicken. Möglich wurden diese Erfolge nicht nur durch Unterstützung vor Ort in Kolumbien, sondern auch durch konsequente Spendenarbeit in Deutschland und die Unterstützung anderer Organisationen der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit.
Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf Schülerinnen und Studentinnen aus entlegenen Gebieten, die in unseren Wohnheimen ein sicheres Zuhause finden, während sie auf ihren Schul- bzw. Studienabschluss hinarbeiten. Diese Einrichtungen ergänzen sich, denn die Schülerinnen sollen die Möglichkeit erhalten, nach dem Abitur in das Studentinnenwohnheim zu wechseln.

Auch wenn schulische und akademische Bildung gerade von Frauen die Grundlage für eine selbständige und nachhaltige Entwicklung der Region darstellt, darf es dabei allein nicht bleiben.
